This note of thanks is long overdue and for that, I apologize! Last fall, it became necessary to replace our failing boiler. We purchased a new Buderus boiler from Thursty Water which was installed by Scott. Not only are we very satisfied with the energy efficiency and quieter operation of the new unit, we are equally as pleased with the quality of the installation. Scott took the time to move the boiler closer to the basement wall and chimney for ventilation, and relocated all of the plumbing above the unit giving us not only more floor space but a safer area to navigate around the boiler. The entire installation was neat, clean, and professional.

More recently, Scott and Nick did a variety of electrical and plumbing tasks necessary to complete a recent remodel of three first floor rooms in our home. As I have come to expect from Scott over the years, and now with Nick, all of the work was completed to our satisfaction and with the attention to detail necessary to help us realize our vision for those spaces. We were very pleased that Scott was very accommodating in working with the general contractor to maintain a continuous flow of work resulting in timely completion of the project. Again, all of the work performed was done in a NEAT and professional manner. That is not a typo..."neat" is in upper case letters to emphasize a point. When Scott and Nick leave the jobsite, the only clue that they were there is the quality of the finished product. There is never a mess of any size left behind. It may not seem that big of a deal but I have always believed that I shouldn't have to pick up for any contractor that has worked in our home. To further my point, it speaks to Scott's character when other contractors comment to the fact that Scott cleans up after his work is done. That is a perhaps the best validation of one's professionalism, to be recognized by your peers!

With another wedding on the horizon, it is unlikely that I will plan any more remodeling in the near future but I can assure you that whether it is out of need for repairs or for a new project down the road, all plumbing, heating, and electrical requirements will be directed to Scott.
